Welcome to Gluco! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gluco mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using Gluco, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Gluco

Gluco is an AI-powered meal planning and glucose-awareness assistant designed to help users log food, plan meals, and better understand how nutrition may impact wellbeing. Gluco is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not provide medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to use the Services. By using Gluco, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Keep your login credentials secure
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use Gluco lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services
Use automated systems or scripts to access or extract data

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and technology used in Gluco are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

Gluco is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All insights, suggestions, or AI-generated outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Gluco offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Billing & Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free Trials

If a subscription includes a free trial, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the free trial period.

Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Pricing & Availability

Subscription prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will follow Apple's policies and, where required, you will be notified in advance.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Gluco does not issue refunds directly.

8. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Gluco after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gluco and its creators are not liable for:

Any health outcomes, injuries, or damages resulting from your use of the Services
Errors, interruptions, or delays in the Services
Loss of data or content

Your use of Gluco is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
